The Adviser will give you general guidance to clarify any difficulties you may have in identifying and sourcing appropriate care. The Adviser will send you relevant fact sheets and other information, which will act as a useful first step to finding care, providing you have the time to carry out your own search.
This valuable care advice service is available for just £99 and is available free when you take out over 50 life insurance with Engage Mutual.
Grace Care Search - Consultation, Care Advice and Care Search
Grace Care understand that many people require more in-depth assistance and this level of care advice is designed to provide just that. The service starts with you booking a telephone Consultation with a Grace Care Adviser for a time convenient to you.
The Adviser will listen to your needs and wishes, discuss your situation in detail and ask detailed questions in order to fully understand what you require. After the Consultation, the Adviser will research appropriate care providers, and then send you a report with recommendations, including for example a short-list of care homes that meet your needs and wishes.
Included will be information on any current vacancies if required, or the availability of home carers, together with brochures and costs. The Care Adviser will remain available for further follow up, advice and reports until you have found the best answer.
This comprehensive care advice service is available for just £375.
Grace Care Visit - Home Visit, Care Advice and Care Search
Grace Care realise that many people like to discuss such important decisions on a face to face basis, particularly if more than one person needs to be involved. Grace Care Visit offers the same comprehensive service as Grace Care Search but with a Care Adviser being on hand at a prearranged convenient location for you.
This service is also often of value when the person requiring care wants to be more actively involved in the care planning. Once an initial meeting has been arranged, a detailed face-to-face Consultation can then take place, with research, report and continued support carried out in the same manner as for the Grace Care Search (above).
