When it comes to planning for the future, your funeral is one of the most important things to think about. It’s good to know that, if you make plans in advance, your loved ones will have one less thing to worry about at a difficult time

Our funeral funding option is a free addition to your over 50s life cover plan that will make arranging your funeral much simpler. We have teamed up with The Co-operative Funeralcare, to allow you to arrange a payment to be made directly from your policy proceeds towards your funeral expenses.

Please remember this is not a funeral plan and would not necessarily meet the full cost of a funeral.

We have chosen to team up with The Co-operative Funeralcare because they are the UK's leading funeral provider. The Co-operative has a nationwide network of 1,100 Funeral Homes and a long and distinguished heritage.

existing customers:

already hold an Engage Mutual over 50s life cover plan? Simply add the funeral funding option to your plan.

new customers:

if you don't already have an over 50s life cover plan, you can apply for the plan online and select the funeral funding option.

This option will not cost you anything extra, and as an additional benefit , The Co-operative Funeralcare will make a £250 Contribution* towards your funeral costs. This will go towards the cost of your funeral provided it is arranged through one of The Co-operative Funeralcare Funeral Homes, another participating Co-operative Society or an affiliated Funeral Director.
