a 'thumbs up' from our customers

As a customer owned business, we’re really pleased when our customers give us their vote of approval.

Take our over 50s life insurance.  In a survey* conducted by the ABI (Association of British Insurers), 87 per cent of existing customers said they are likely to recommend us.

That’s over 16 per cent higher than the average recorded.

Our customer service also scored highly with these customers, in fact 17 per cent higher than the industry average!

Our savers, too, rated us ten percent above the national average, with 75 per cent of them stating in the ABI survey that they are likely to recommend Engage Mutual.
