The story so far
We are proud to say that around 75% of our employees have now attained CFP1 or higher
– an exceptional standard. They have been able to achieve this through the support
and training provided by the Learning and Development Team who are now extending
their services through engage Learning.
The whole team takes pride in the quality and service we provide our customers with
– the only difference being that to date our customers have been internal.
In 2006 not only was our Investors in People accreditation renewed but we
were delighted to be awarded the higher level achievement of a Leadership and Management
award.
And locally...
Our training team already runs courses with local secondary schools to bring financial
awareness to 6th Form students, courses in association with Leeds Metropolitan University
and workshops for local primary schools as occasions arise.

We are now taking our successful CFP1 course with a proven track record and making
it available to anyone who wishes to take advantage.
