You are eligible to apply for cover if you are aged 17–65, a permanent resident of the UK and have a bank account that you are authorised to make payments from. This excludes any injuries sustained as a result of participating in professional or semi professional sports.
(As long as you are already a member, when you reach 66 years of age, your cover will continue).
Yes, you can arrange cover for your partner. If you take out an engage Health Cash Plan any children under the age of 17 are covered free of charge. Simply enter the details of anyone you wish to take out a plan for on the Application Form.

Yes, you have the right to cancel at any time. You also have a 28 day cooling off period. If you change your mind during this time, providing that you have not made a claim, we will refund your full premium.
No. Once a plan is started, contributions are the same irrespective of the age of the adult member. However, once children reach 17 years of age they must transfer to an adult rate plan and adult benefit rates will apply.

Making a claim is simple. Just ask for a receipt from your practitioner after you have received and paid for your treatment. Fill in a claim form and send it to us together with your receipt or any other required supporting information. We will then arrange payment by cheque.
