Direct Debit Amounts

1. £10 to £19.99 monthly or £120 to £239.99 annually = £10 Boots Voucher
2. £20 or more monthly or £240 or more annually = £20 Boots Voucher

and an additional £5 Boots Voucher for setting up the Direct Debit Online!

Your vouchers will be sent to you once your first Direct Debit payment is received by engage Mutual Assurance. To qualify for vouchers Direct Debits must be for £10 or more a month, or £120 or more annually. Only one incentive will be awarded per contributor, per Child Trust Fund. We reserve the right to replace the gift with another of equal value and quality if necessary, or to withdraw the offer at any time.
