Our partnership with rugby league has given us the opportunity to support a range of charities and community activities. Working with each of the Super League clubs has seen us involved in a variety of projects from summer camps and activity in schools, to championing street rugby programmes in urban areas.

During the Summer of 2011 we again highlighted our commitment to supporting grassroots rugby league with the introduction of our engage with your club initiative for RFL community clubs.
The aim was to generate a volunteer work force dedicated to improving facilities. A total of 65 clubs signed up to take part in hosting their own 'action weekends' where players, friends, family and the local community stepped up to help.
We provided online resources to support the organisers at each club which included downloadable guides and tips, template press releases, budget sheets and a promotional poster.
As an additional incentive to take part we gave all the clubs that had signed up the opportunity to apply for one of two makeovers worth up to £5000. The two successful clubs were St Helens-based Newton Storm and Leeds-based Hunslet Warriors.
