why Super League?
From 2005 to 2011 we were the proud title sponsor of the UK's premier rugby league competition, the Engage Super League. So, why did we choose rugby league as a sport to partner with and how did we benefit?

Whilst we obviously benefited from the coverage that our association with rugby league gave us, enhancing the fans’ experience of the game and giving something back to the rugby league community was really important to us. It’s the kind of organisation we are.

As a mutual, it’s really important to us that we share the benefits of any sponsorship with our customers where we can. Throughout our seven years as title sponsor we ran ticket draws for all of the regular league matches, exclusively for customers, giving the chance to experience the atmosphere and exciting spectacle of an Engage Super League game free of charge.
We also ran exclusive ticket competitions for our main events such as the Engage Super League Grand Final at Old Trafford, which is the spectacular season finale, a fantastic event for all fans and a great opportunity to sample rugby league if you’ve never tried it before!
