Customer Panel members were asked to read through our proposed new wording for the Key Features document for the Protected Investment Bond.

The purpose of this exercise was to test the clarity and readability of this new wording with our customers prior to going to print.

Summary findings of all respondents are as follows:

97% agreed that the Key Features is an important document
100% agreed that the document is easy to read
100% agreed that the information contained in the document is in a logical order
100% agreed that the questions are worded in a way that they can relate to
100% agreed that the answers in the document relate to their respective questions
100% agreed that the document is written in ‘plain English’
98% agreed that no jargon has been used
