what is our customer panel?
We launched our customer panel in 2006 to give our customers an opportunity to have their say. Everyone has a right to be heard, and the panel gives customers a direct way of getting their views across. Listening to our customers is extremely important to us and the suggestions and feedback we get from you has a direct impact on the decisions we make.

how you can help
There are many different ways you can be involved with the customer panel, including:

completing questionnaires or taking part in surveys by email, phone, post or face-to-face

reviewing our product information before it is printed

being part of a focus group

being a 'customer champion' - challenging our customer care practices

being an invited guest at special customer events.
All we ask is that you are one of our customers or have taken out a savings plan on behalf of a child.
