Buffet lunch at AGM 2011

This year’s event saw an increase in attendees as we welcomed a number of new faces, some from the Harrogate area and others from further afield.  We also said 'hello again' to familiar faces some of whom had made an early start, travelling from Manchester, Nantwich and Bolton.

this year's donation to charity

Thank you for helping us make a donation to charity.  As in previous years, we have made a 10p donation to charity for every postal vote returned and increased this to a £2 donation for each member who attended the AGM.  Also this year, we have made an additional 10p donation for all of you who kindly provided your email address on your proxy voting form.

This year you raised over £2,520 for our chosen charity, Saint Michael's. Their vital work provides care and support to terminally ill patients and their families in the local area and on behalf of Saint Michael’s we thank you for voting in this year’s AGM.

thank you

As a customer owned business, involving our customers in shaping the future of the organisation is of paramount importance.

Our AGM gives us the chance to engage with members about how well we are performing, any changes we are proposing to make and get feedback about the issues that really matter to you. The AGM is just one of the many ways in which we seek to involve customers in the running of the business.

We extend our thanks to all those who took the time to attend this year’s AGM and look forward to seeing you again next year.  If you are a new member or were unable to attend this year, we hope to see you in the future.

your feedback matters

As a mutual organisation, we’re run for your benefit, so we would love to hear how you think we're doing and how we can improve our business.

Your feedback can help in so many ways, helping shape our products, processes and the future direction of Engage Mutual.
