We like to think we’re just that little bit different from other organisations. We stand out because we don’t have shareholders or dividends to pay, so our profits are invested back into the organisation for the benefit of our customers.

We believe it is about empathy: tailoring solutions that really meet customers' needs.

It is about community: as a mutual, we want to build a genuine community of members, who don’t just benefit from the services we provide, but interact and actively support each other.

It is about representation: this organisation needs to be one that listens, responds to and actively represents the needs, views and concerns of its customers.

And finally, it is about social impact: over time, we hope that Engage Mutual can genuinely make a positive difference to our customers’ lives.
