We're what's known as a friendly society and this means we can offer certain tax exempt savings products. Through ourselves and our wholly owned subsidiaries we offer a range products and services including tax exempt regular savings and non tax exempt life insurance, health and investment products. All are designed to help you manage your finances with confidence.
We’re approachable too. You’re not dealing with a financial giant but we’re not a minnow either – we currently help over 500,000 customers of all ages. With our headquarters based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, when you contact us or give us your feedback you are talking to our UK based customer services team.
We believe in giving something back. With your help, we play a very active role in the community and are involved in a variety of community initiatives. We also support a range of charities and our staff regularly pull together to help raise money for some really deserving causes.

We've been recognised as an Investors in People (IIP) organisation since 2001, which means that this is not only an excellent place to work but confirmation of a capable workforce dedicated to providing great customer service.
In 2012 we were pleased to announce our Investors in People Gold accreditation.
