engage Super League ticket offer terms and conditions

 

1. These terms and conditions set out the legal rules applicable to this offer. Participants shall be bound by these terms and conditions upon application and are advised to read and understand these terms before entering.
2. Tickets will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Four tickets per game will be made available.
3. Only two tickets per customer will be allocated. There will be two selected successful applicants per game.
4. This offer is for customers only, applications will be cross checked with our customer database.
5. Customers may apply for more than one game but will only receive one allocation per calendar year. Any further applications following allocation of tickets will be disqualified.
6. Only one application per customer, per game may be made.
7. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the ticket allocation.
8. The customers selected will be contacted by telephone no later than 5 working days before their chosen game. Unsuccessful applicants will not be contacted.
9. This offer includes regular games in the engage Super League season only and excludes Millennium Magic play offs and the Grand Final.
10. The deadline for entry is 5 working days prior to kick off.
11. A number of heavily subscribed games are not available.
12. engage reserves the right to cancel or extend this offer or alter in any way whatsoever the terms and conditions. engage cannot be held responsible if, in any case of force majeure (circumstances beyond control), the offer should be modified, shortened or cancelled.
13. The offer is for 2 match tickets only. No additional costs will be covered.
14. engage may use the recipient's name, home town, photograph or opinions in future publicity or promotional material, and entrants agree to such usage by participating in the offer.
15. There is no cash alternative.
16. The tickets are non refundable and non transferable.
