Why being a customer panel member is so important
Customers’ views are important to us, which is why we launched the engage Customer Panel during 2006 to provide a simple and effective route for customers to put forward their ideas and raise concerns.
The engage Customer Panel gets involved in a wide range of activities, from completing simple questionnaires by email or telephone through to taking part in workshops held in different parts of the country.
There are now more than 1,500 customers on the engage Customer Panel.
Listening to our Customer Panel gives us valuable insights as to how we can keep customers’ interests at the heart of what we do.
how can I be involved?
There are many different ways you can be involved with the Customer Panel, including:
- completing questionnaires or taking part in surveys by email, phone, post or face-to-face
- reviewing our product information before it is printed
- being part of a focus group
- being a 'customer champion' - challenging our customer care practices
- being an invited guest at special customer events
All we ask is that you are one of our customers or have taken out a savings plan on behalf of a child.
