customer panel terms and conditions


  1. Joining the Customer Panel constitutes free entry to the prize draw.
  2. This prize draw is operated by engage Mutual Assurance.
  3. This offer is for engage customers or those who have taken out a savings plan on behalf of their child only.
  4. Closing date for entries is midnight Wednesday 31st December 2008.
  5. These terms and conditions set out the legal rules applicable to this prize draw. Participants shall be bound by these rules upon entering the prize draw and are advised to read and understand these terms before entering.
  6. No more than one entry is permitted per person.
  7. The winner will be drawn at random from the entries received by the close date. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the winners selection.
  8. The winner will be contacted via email or telephone no later than Friday 16th January 2009. You must therefore provide an email address or telephone number on your entry otherwise your entry will be invalid.
  9. engage reserves the right to cancel, extend the period of participation or alter in any way whatsoever the terms and conditions of this prize draw. engage cannot be held responsible if, in any case of force majeure (circumstances beyond control), the prize draw should be modified, shortened or cancelled.
  10. The name and county of the winner can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: engage Customer Panel Prize Draw winner, FAO Donna Brennan, engage Mutual Assurance, Hornbeam Park Avenue, Harrogate, HG2 8XE.
  11. All entrants must be aged 16 or over.
  12. Employees of engage Mutual Assurance, its subsidiaries, partner companies and their families are not eligible to enter.
  13. There will be 1 prize consisting of £100 worth of Boots vouchers. Boots have no association with this prize draw.
  14. The winner authorises engage to publish his or her name when announcing the winner of the prize draw without prior permission or financial compensation or the attribution of rights other than the prize awarded, and those rights protected by current data protection legislation. Furthermore the winner may be required to participate in ongoing PR activity.
  15. engage may use the winners name, home town, photograph or opinions in future publicity or promotional material, and entrants agree to such usage by participating in the prize draw.
  16. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not negotiable.
  17. The prize is non refundable and non transferable.
  18. No purchase necessary.
