AGM information
This year's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday 15 May 2008 at The Pavilions, Great Yorkshire Showground, Wetherby Road, Harrogate, at 11.30am.
how to vote
If you are a member of engage and are eligible to vote, you will have received your voting papers for this year's AGM around 19 April 2008.
To cast your vote, simply complete the form enclosed with your pack and return it in the envelope provided to reach us no later than 5.00pm on Monday 12 May 2008.
Alternatively, you may place your vote at the AGM event itself.
help us make a donation to charity
This year we will make a 10p donation to charity for every postal vote returned and will increase this to a £2 donation for each member who attends the AGM.
The money raised will be divided equally between two charities - SmartRisk and St Michael's Hospice. Both are mentioned on page 16 of the engage AGM booklet.

Any member entitled to vote may appoint a representative, who need not be a member, to attend the AGM and vote in their place. A proxy voting form is enclosed with the voting papers. As a member you may direct your representative how to vote at the meeting.
Because you have an important say in how the society is run, it is important that you use your vote.
